The Abacus has been in use for thousands of years in many different cultures.  As expected, the Abacus has seen a variety of iterations since its inception in Greece all the way down to the Orient.  During these times, these same cultures have continued to use this instrument as a general means for mathematical calculation.  However, in recent times, the Abacus has been discovered as a profound educational tool and one that is unlike any other in its simplicity, ease of use, portability, and effectiveness.

It is with this understanding that we decided to launch our Abacus training in hopes we could help develop the student's brainpower & in turn help improve their total quality of learning and their lives in general.  The basic Smart Brain abacus system is the only abacus program to use a one handed operation in manipulating the beads.  This is important as this method promotes greater right brain development and better left and right brain synergy.  This base understanding  originated in Taiwan.  Since that time Smart Brain America has spent the past several years in redefining the program to what it is today, giving it the shape, structure, quality, and tracking that our students and parents have come to rely on.

Very shortly we will see Smart Brain America education expanding rapidly throughout the United States of America, Canada, South America … and more!  We can finally say that the realization of franchising a "community and socially responsible" business has now come to light. The opportunity to witness the enriched and broadened minds of our youth with such a powerful tool is just thrilling to us.

Abacus Mental Arithmetic via the Smart Brain America system has proven its benefits time & time again in helping students raise their level of: Intelligence, Concentration, Creativity & Self-Confidence. One of the key features of our program is the incredible speed and accuracy they have when solving the large & complex mathematical computations. These achievements are not only happening in our Smart Brain centers, but at all Smart Brain based centers throughout the world.  But, of course, America tops them all !!   Our goal at Smart Brain America is to Raise the Bar, Meet those Raised Expectations, & become the New Standard for International Scholastic Success!

Together, we as parents and Smart Brain America educators can achieve this goal. In fact, it is only through the combined efforts of everyone, will our nation be thrust into stardom. We as a community will even benefit from having an uplifted moral fiber that is such a common side benefit with our program graduates.

We are please to inform you that our Franchise efforts have taken a solid foothold.  You may even notice a center near you as we make our push in expanding throughout the rest of the country from coast to coast and into Canada to serve the next generation worldwide.
